Gold Coins are digital entertainment products that are delivered to your account shortly

all Gold Coin purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.

No Cash Exchange

Gold Coins have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash, credit, or other monetary value.
Gold Coins are used to play games for entertainment only.

Sweeps Coins are not sold. Sweeps Coins may be obtained only through free methods, bonuses, and
promotions as described in our Official Rules, and may be redeemable in accordance with those rules.

Accidental or Unauthorized Purchases

If you believe a purchase was made in error, duplicated, or without your authorization, please contact us

While Gold Coin purchases are generally non-refundable, we will review any report of unauthorized or
